The Domus CMX-MULTI-H is a compact, high-performance mechanical extract ventilation (MEV) unit, ideal for specification projects in small to medium-sized homes. This unit has quiet operation at just 45dB(A) at 3 metres, making it a discreet yet powerful choice for residential environments. Designed for easy installation, the CMX-MULTI features three 204x60mm inlet spigots, enabling straightforward multi-room extraction with direct duct runs. This simplifies setup, reduces installation time, and cuts overall costs. Its slim profile allows for both horizontal and vertical installation—ideal for tight or restricted spaces.


The CMS-MULTI-H variation has an automatic humidity sensor which responds to increased humidity and boosts ventilation for moisture control throughout the property. Humidistat settings can be adjusted during installation.

General Info 

							

								
Centralised mechanical extract systems (c-MEV) also known as a Multipoint and Central Extract System draw moisture-laden air from multiple wet rooms of a property, essentially the concept is to provide simultaneous, low level extraction from kitchens, bathrooms, shower rooms, utility rooms and toilets to a central extract fan typically located in a loft space or hallway cupboard via a system of ductwork and grilles to control humidity levels. The extracted air is then normally discharged to outside via a single duct and grille/cowl. Decentralised mechanical extract fan (d-MEV) also known as a continuous running fan is perfect for single applications such as bathroom, kitchens or utility rooms if a (c-MEV) is not suitable.

  • The Air Shop use DPD to send items up to 30kg

  • All DPD deliveries can be tracked and traced.
    • 

  • Delivery date will be advised within 24 hours on completion of order and is based on stock availability
    • 

  • Delivery is available Monday – Friday
    • 

  • DPD will advise you in advance of the one hour delivery timeslot
    • 

  • You can track your parcel all the way to you on a live map with a countdown to the final 15 minute timeslot
    • 

  • If delivery is not convenient you can opt for the unit to be left in a safe place or delivered to neighbour. 
    • 




For orders over 30kg 


    

  • The Air Shop use UPS to deliver larger items over 30kg
    • 

  • All UPS deliveries can be tracked and traced
    • 

  • Delivery date will be advised within 24 hours on complete of order and is based on stock availability
    • 

  • Delivery is available Monday – Friday
    • 

  • UPS will advise you in advance of the one-hour delivery timeslot

If you are placing an order for multiple units that require a pallet delivery, we will provide a separate quotation for this.

You are welcome to collect your order from us.
Please call us on 033 0223 6776 or email sales@theairshop.com to confirm that the items are in stock and to agree a collection date/time. 

We will then aim to have your order ready for you.
