Orders placed before 12:00 will be shipped the same day. Orders placed on non-working days will be fulfilled the following working day. If your items are in-stock they will be with you in 3-5 working days. We’ll let you know as soon as your order is on its way!  All UK deliveries are sent using Royal Mail, DPD or through another trusted courier service.   

							

						

						
						

							
Returns 

							

								
Returns are accepted on fully packaged/unopened products or where products are faulty. Returns must be advised within 14 days. For all returns – please email sales@theairshop.co.uk using your order number in the subject title and details/reason for the return. Please return your items (at your cost). Once received, we a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5 working days.
