What pollutants are actually inside my home?
Household pollutants are contaminants that are released during the use of various products in our every day life, man-made home furnishings and outside air that is coming in from outside.
The most common pollutants that cause allergies and have impact on our health and ultimately the ones we need to reduce are;
Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC's)
Mould and Excessive Moisture
Pollen, Dust, and Pet Dander (and fur - they are different!)
PM2.5 Particles (Very fine dust and other matter)
NOx
Smoke
There's more - in fact at any time up to 900, yes 900 chemicals can be floating around the in the home - the ones you put in, but also the ones that are created when they react with the air!
