During this process we will chat through your plans and discuss;
- airflow calculations in accordance with Building Regulations
- duct type suitability
- termination postioning

You will recieve an estimated cost for your MVHR system including the recommended Unit, Ducting, Insulation, Terminations and Standard Controls.
The recommendations will be based on your discussions with the team and airflow calculations completed based on the plans you have submitted.
Do I need a MVHR system Design?
Skipping the design phase and relying on guesswork which means you might find yourself with too little parts, or too many which will slow down progress onsite. When we design, we get down to the specific details of your house and optimise runs for efficiency, performance and running noise.
Things to consider when comparing MVHR design/quotes:
- Do you have airflow calculations down to individual rooms - not just a floor area calculation or whole building ventilation rate?
- One duct run or two? Where higher rates are required in individual rooms, two duct runs are often designed to a single room valve to reduce noise - do you need this?
- Has the overall amount of ducting been calculated to ensure the unit runs at optimal speed and is not pushed too far?
- Is the ducting size making the system work harder?
