Air Excellent semi-rigid ducting by Ubbink is Anti-Microbial and Anti-Static semi-rigid ducting solution. It promotes zero leakage peformance with mechanical connections iinstead of more traditional ducting that uses adhesives or glue. These connections also minimise energy usage and sound production.

Ubbink's Air Excellent semi-rigid ducting range is a high quality solution, made of virgin PE, it ensures durability (ring stiffness of 5.85 kN/m2). It's smooth inner surface ensures an efficient airflow rate and it is bendable/flexible which makes it perfect for residential and commercial projects.

Ubbink's Air Excellent ducting system is all connected via their central manifold which ensures efficient airflow, but with easy installation.

Easy to Install

Simply cut, click in and lock each duct run to the manifold and bend and shape it meet the grille housing in each room.  Two connection, no glues, adhesive or tapes. 

Simple to Clean

As the system moves air, dust and debris can build up inside the unit and ducting.  Specially designed duct cleaning brushes can be simply pushed down each long duct run without the fear of tearing or disconnecting during the process. 

Zero Air Leakage

Traditional ducting systems are available in up to 2m lengths and connected using screws and selants.  With no connection required per duct run, air leakage is minimised, helping keep motor speeds at optimal running levels. 

How Do I Know What Parts I Need?

A MVHR System is designed to calculate airflow and plan ducting layouts.  During this process, a suitable manifold, duct size and other compoenents such as grille housings are specified so that the system works effectively and provides installed performance. Yes, the Ubbink Air Excellent ducting can be safely and easily cut to a length that you require.

What Weight Can It Withstand?

The Ubbink Air Excellent ducting is made with a high-density outer layer with a ring stiffness of 10.83 kN/m2.

Semi-rigid ducting is one of the best solutions for ventilation systems - The Air Excellent range by Ubbink is a radial system which uses a central air distribution manifold to run independent ducts to each room without joins and undesirable angles - this means air can flow efficientlr around the system to achieve the desired performance.
